I was craving sopes and this food truck showed up in google. I decided to try it as I wanted a quick dinner. It did not disappoint, I tried their sopes with tinga and I was pleasantly surprised it was huge and full of flavorful meat! I ordered two sopes thinking that they were regular size but they were huge so I ended up only eating one and saving the other for the next day. As two Germans exploring Los Angeles, we found El Patron Tacos food truck, and wow—what an incredible surprise! The tacos and quesadillas here are truly something special. Each bite was packed with authentic Mexican flavor, with tender, juicy meats and perfectly balanced spices.
