The seating area is clean and reasonable, although some customers have had issues with the food quality, including undercooked chicken and unpleasant flavors. Despite this, the restaurant offers a variety of options, including salads and chicken dishes. However, be prepared for potential parking hassles and cleanliness issues in the restrooms.

The food is always great, freshly made, and consistent. The customer service is also outstanding, especially when you consider what the employees have to deal with, such as homeless people suddenly going into outrageous episodes, others going through the trash cans, and regular customers who are too dumb to place an order. This location needs a Security Officer, regular restroom cleaning, and removal of the taco stand that sets up right in front of their location because of the smoke they generate with their grilling outside.

The pico de gallo is a favorite, but there is never enough provided. Customers can go inside the restaurant, after the drive-thru, and ask for a water cup to fill with the yummy pico de gallo sauce. The manager is also very professional and polite, helping customers who are having trouble with the digital kiosks.
