Great place to eat. Everyone was very kind, especially the manager, she helped me out so much. Very professional and polite, I was having trouble ordering on the kiosk, and she asked me if I needed help, and I said ‘yes’ She went out of her way to take my order.
Great manager, and great experience.

You can’t go wrong with El Pollo Loco. I placed my order using the kiosk in store to avoid the line, so interaction with staff was limited. My order was to-go, but the seating area seemed clean and reasonable.

I like chicken, now you enter there are two digital panels, it's in Spanish the same, where you order chicken, salads, the same panel charges you in cash or card, it gives you your number. order and you just wait for them to call you for your order number.
