Went through the drive-thru it was fast and the 12 piece chicken drumstick and thighs were very good.
Long lines and can’t even take the order right will not be coming back !!
It was great the environment was awesome not many ppl .I had to wait in line for the kiosk but it was good .the food was delicious 😋..
I ordered a double chicken salad and I thought it was double, everything including the chicken was very little chicken but a triple portion of lettuce for the amount of $14 the salad was more expensive than the torito restaurant

That customer service there is just awful, awful, awful. Ask for additional condiments or additional lettuce, and they look at you like If you're stealing from them, I even said to the cashier, charge me extra for extra lettuce. The bowl serving portion is halfway empty, so why am I paying full price for half of the bowl? They need to better their services. Pollo Loco needs to check up on their CSR.

I placed an order through Uber Eats at this restaurant and I was waiting for about 2 hours and the driver called me and told me that my order was not there because the system did not show my order. I contacted Uber Eats support and they told me that the problem was on the restaurant's computers that's why they don't show my order, they wasted my time and in the end I had to cancel my order, on the other hand make sure that the restaurant's system works so that you don't waste other people's time!!! !!

Not fond of the family meals but love the burritos etc and this specific location on Venice and Western has a nice and comfy staff. I enjoy this spot because the vibe is sweet and nothing skimped ✌️
