It's a shame I order the same thing from this location and another one on Crenshaw, and both locations can't get the order right. Did Uber eats for both locations, ordered the family meal that supposed to include 4 churros. Both times, both locations did not put the churros in the bag. Is it really that hard to get an order right!? The items are on the fricken receipt!! Such a shame and disappointment to pay all that money and not get a complete order

Highly disappointed with management. I placed a large order on their website for delivery as I can not drive. I paid the delivery fee and tipped well.
I am missing large items from my order so of course I called the store to let them know. They told me no one was available to help and to call later.
I called later and spoke to a lady who said she was looking for my order, I waited for her for a few minutes just for a male to pick up the phone and I had to repeat myself.
There solution was for me to place another online order, pay the delivery fee (plus another top for the driver of course) and they would just add that to the order. That doesn't work for me. Spend more to get what I already paid for ?
Then I was told to just come get the order, which I told them I can not drive over.
I asked for a simple refund and they denied that.
There needs to be a better policy in place for these issues. But also staff needs to ensure that every item a customer pays for needs to be put in the bag. Please do better El pollo Loco. I will reach out to corporate as I am not paying for food I did not receive.
Very nice customer service at this location. The young lady at the counter was so sweet, she gave me a coupon to save on my order!! I saved almost f20 cuz of her
