I can't wait till my kids graduate so I can stop coming to this location after picking them up from school. 90% of the time, food is missing from my order and when I point it out, they accuse me of having taken it. Who knew I was Houdini and could make things disappear after they hand me my bag of food and I look through it AT the counter to confirm I got everything. When I point out the missing items, I get told that they are out of the items - ummm did they not know this when I placed the order at the register? When I ask for a refund - I've been told to call my credit card company cause they are "too busy". I'm not sure how they are too busy since I"m the only one in there but they are just "TOO BUSY" and how is this legal?? Don't charge customers for food you don't have and refuse to give them back their money. Seriously, how is this location still open???

I spent $34 and ordered via Postmates today around 2PM. My order was missing all of my combo items for one order: chips and a drink and a seperate drink for the second order that I was charged almost $4 for. I also ordered a large soup and that was missing the garnish items that should come with it. I don't know who prepared the order but that was why I had to give them such a low rating star for spending nearly $40 and not getting most of the items that I paid extra for.
