Pollo Loco is delicious, the beans never taste authentic or fresh, but everything else is pretty good. The prices are insane. Way more expensive than other fast food chains. The food seems higher quality and less preservatives tho. So it’s a hit or miss.

Check all your utensils and items that go along with your order. Customer service is great ?? though. I was missing an order of coleslaw, forks and spoons. They are fast. They are clean. Nothing bad to say about this establishment. Thanks
