They allow people in the lobby to beg customers for food. Will not come back. Unreal.

Food is reliable. It's Pollo Loco. And that's what you're getting. However the self service aspect makes very little sense considering the screens constantly freezes and most of the guests have no idea how to apply their coupons or how to look for the deals. Each customer needs some guidance which defeats the purpose of these machines!

Also, don't order online. It takes 60-75 mins because they won't start making it until 15 mins before.

I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the 8 pieces of chicken and half of the chicken was overcooked and dry. The other were cooked to perfection and delicious. What's going on with the cook? Next time I order chicken and it's overcooked I am returning for a full refund and will complain to the manager.

Music is too loud. But I'm one who likes a quiet experience. If using a credit/debit card ... you're forced to use the kiosk.. everyday. Don't know.

I went the other day and customer service from Leslie was horrible she had the worst attitude and looked at me like she didn’t want to attend me. Really rude besides just her not being nice to her customers. In reality she really looked bothered when I talked to her about my order. Overall the food was good and didn’t take that long.

HORRIBLE customer service. The three lady employees inside literally ignored me after making eye contact with me several times over a duration of several minutes, until the point I almost had to scream at the top of my lungs just to get them to acknowledge me. Once they did I was told if I don’t order at the self checkout kiosk then I have to order through the drive thru. I explained I did not come in a vehicle and the kiosk wasn’t working- The employee shrugged her shoulder and went back to cooking.
