I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the 8 pieces of chicken and half of the chicken was overcooked and dry. The other were cooked to perfection and delicious. What's going on with the cook? Next time I order chicken and it's overcooked I am returning for a full refund and will complain to the manager.

we wanted to go inside, but the door was locked. There was an employee there (a guy with glasses), we knocked to open it. but he pretended that he did not see or hear us. disgusting!
I went the other day and customer service from Leslie was horrible she had the worst attitude and looked at me like she didn’t want to attend me. Really rude besides just her not being nice to her customers. In reality she really looked bothered when I talked to her about my order. Overall the food was good and didn’t take that long.

HORRIBLE customer service. The three lady employees inside literally ignored me after making eye contact with me several times over a duration of several minutes, until the point I almost had to scream at the top of my lungs just to get them to acknowledge me. Once they did I was told if I don’t order at the self checkout kiosk then I have to order through the drive thru. I explained I did not come in a vehicle and the kiosk wasn’t working- The employee shrugged her shoulder and went back to cooking.

I don't recommend this location of crazy chicken ? they should train the staff to be friendly because of one it has the work... give good service spend $38 bad service

I came in during peak lunch hours and Mimi did a great job in assisting me and the rest of the customers around me. Mary was great as well. Good hard working staff. Very clean and well kept establishment. The only shame is you need to have a quarter to use the restroom even when you are a customer.
