The chubby white skin girl that works the drive is so rude no greet at all and then leaves you to wait til she feels like saying anything after 5 mins I always go for pick up mobile order and if it's her then I'm sure to be short on something. Tonight i was short chips and chipotle sauce that I paid with my own money and she only gave me 2 sauce avocado and no utensils. Why is she still working there if shes always like this l. What a way to represent pollo loco

I asked the woman working there for the code to use the restroom she told me one second and then proceeded to just leave me standing there waiting for the code....how difficult is it to just give me the code? Not very difficult.

I love El Pollo Loco but honestly haven't been for a few months. Is it me or did they shrink the chicken tostada salad again? I just thought it was bigger. It still tasted great but so small.

I’m a big fan of pollo loco, but this location by far is the worst location in all of the grand State of California. The manger should be fired asap. Dont know how a +$150,000 franchise can put their trust on bad managers. I was stuck in the drive thu line for 15 minutes with no response from the intercom. Then I decided to leave, only to find out there was a a car in front that were also not getting their order. All together I was stuck for about 20-35 minutes in the driveway. Not sure I can come back to this location. Highly would not recommend. Poor management all across the board; I don’t think they understand the purpose of what it means to have a proper “drive-thru”

Food is reliable. It's Pollo Loco. And that's what you're getting. However the self service aspect makes very little sense considering the screens constantly freezes and most of the guests have no idea how to apply their coupons or how to look for the deals. Each customer needs some guidance which defeats the purpose of these machines!

Also, don't order online. It takes 60-75 mins because they won't start making it until 15 mins before.

I was disappointed with my order. I ordered the 8 pieces of chicken and half of the chicken was overcooked and dry. The other were cooked to perfection and delicious. What's going on with the cook? Next time I order chicken and it's overcooked I am returning for a full refund and will complain to the manager.
