Went here December when we went to Universal Studios. We wanted a quick dinner to go.We ordered in store. There were hardly anyone that night but the kitchen was busy. The staff were very attentive and kept asking us if we have been attended or have we gotten our order. Food is as expected from fastfood place.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this pollo loco rendered it. The quality of my chicken guacamole burrito differed significantly for all the other pollo locos I’ve been to. There was only a little bit of chicken in my burrito and it was towards the end of it. I almost thought they did not put any chicken in it. The chips were stale. A previous customer had to ask for chicken in his double pollo salad as it was forgotten. Another lady had to ask for more chicken in her chicken tostada salad and it barely had anything. Employees didn’t seem to take any pride in their work.

1they gave me nachos and I ate it, arrived at home having multiple rashes and hives on my face because of the guacamole, and game me extra nachos not my churros. Also the tomato and veggies are spicy when they said it didn’t have jalapeño. 2 the floor was dirty and a employee just dropped soda in the floor and “cleaned it up” and the floor became so stick and the bathroom are just. DESGUSTING. The bathroom is full of graffiti, gum even some poop on the wall I’m never coming back.
