Drive thru girl was very rude when she gave me my change back . My drink had soda all over I had to ask her for a napkin to clean it up. If they're not happy where they work they should go somewhere else. Makes the restaurant look bad also I don't think I'll be going back there anymore .

I am still adjusting to the computer menu instead of a real person asking you for what you want to eat. The cook came out and helped us out and made sure we got everything we wanted. The place was clean, and the tables were clean as well as the bathrooms. Patience is a virtue, so the wait to get the food was worth it. They took it right off the grill. If you eat there, wait a while for the food to cool down. They put just the perfect portions for whatever your order may be. Customer service was great. Suggestions always are a plus with customer service, especially when it's real.
Parking: Since it's clean inside, getting it to dine in is worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

The classic chicken burrito was all rice. They raised the prices significantly, and cheaped out on the chicken. If I wanted a rice burrito, I would have ordered that.

El Pollo Loco is always yum. The area this restaurant is in was terrible. I assume that the restaurant used to look nice inside, but given all the vagrants around and people who just don't take care of nice things, this restaurant doesn't seem to be able to keep up a nice appearance.
