I am still adjusting to the computer menu instead of a real person asking you for what you want to eat. The cook came out and helped us out and made sure we got everything we wanted. The place was clean, and the tables were clean as well as the bathrooms. Patience is a virtue, so the wait to get the food was worth it. They took it right off the grill. El Pollo Loco is always yum. The area this restaurant is in was terrible. I assume that the restaurant used to look nice inside, but given all the vagrants around and people who just don't take care of nice things, this restaurant doesn't seem to be able to keep up a nice appearance.

You're kinda forced to use the kiosks. And alot if the people are slow on it. Only one employee was trying to help. It could kind of chaotic. Not to mention how long the line got. And how impatient people became. Very frustrating. The employee that helped was very nice though. He was very helpful. Just couldn't helped everyone all at the same time.
