Went here December when we went to Universal Studios. We wanted a quick dinner to go.We ordered in store. There were hardly anyone that night but the kitchen was busy. The staff were very attentive and kept asking us if we have been attended or have we gotten our order. Food is as expected from fastfood place.

No matter when I'm in L.A. I make it my business to get to this location every time because the Quality never fails even if the staff changes and I've been going to this location that long ago, enough to see the staff change. Great place!

I am still adjusting to the computer menu instead of a real person asking you for what you want to eat. The cook came out and helped us out and made sure we got everything we wanted. The place was clean, and the tables were clean as well as the bathrooms. Patience is a virtue, so the wait to get the food was worth it. They took it right off the grill. If you eat there, wait a while for the food to cool down. They put just the perfect portions for whatever your order may be. Customer...
