I went to get my lunch at this location. Store was clean. But unfortunately there was an employee named Hector was very rude. I asked him if he can help. He pointed me to the register. I was trying to figure it out how to use my coupon. There was another young boy ,he was very polite and helpful. He helped me with my order. At the end my number was called I approached Hector again, he was more rude and pointed at the corner. He didn't even ask me if I needed anything else.

The service is good. The lady handed my order fast and helpful. I ordered a Double Chicken Salad and it was plentiful. I don’t usually eat out in El Pollo Loco, only occasionally. But I am happy with the Salad and service.

This place is no longer what it used to be, everything is very expensive, they serve less portion of food, the place already looks very old and most of the time it is somewhat dirty,... the same and the chicken is still good.
