Biggest ripoff of a franchise! LOL Their food is ok (never had an issue so I'm giving 2 stars) but the pricing is crazy -- almost double in price at this location. For this reason I always use a coupon bc it's absurd ($17 for the tostada salad or $6 for BRC burrito as example). However today I come in, and there's a sign as of October 13th 2023 they no longer accept coupons. So I left and won't be back! Lol I'd rather support the vendors at the nearby International Foodcourt.
I expressed disgust at how food prices are 50% higher here in DTLA than in Carson. The cook took time to explain how his burritos are much bigger so I calmed down and left happy after paying $16 for a BRC, small coleslaw and a medium coke
