The cashier was so rude just ignored us when we ask for salsa roja I was asking questions about food because we had never ate at a pool loco I was very disappointed do not waste your money at this place chicken was ok but rice was old and we came in at 9am pico was sour as if it was spoiled

This is on of my least favorite el polo locos. I couldn't give it the lowest star review however because at least the food was consistent with any other franchise. However, given that it is in a bit of a run down neighborhood of DTLA, it's not surprising that the service is not the best. They must deal with a lot of different situations. Always atmosphere is a bit off at this place. Most likely that is due to the location

Terrible location .. the staff doesn't even bother to do anything or give good service minimum so that customers come back for a piece of chicken again it took too long .. I think they went for the chicken on the farm They killed him, they took his feathers... I would like to know who the manager or owners of this corporation are. .like someone who says you have to arrive at the place half an hour before you get hungry.. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE EMPLOYEES.. ??????????
