This specific location has ALWAYS gotten my order wrong no matter what I order when, drive thru or the app! It’s infuriating! It’s almost on purpose! Otherwise, the food is el pollo loco food.

I have been going to this location for years but I will not be going back again. Their kiosk system should be placed as alternatives not replacement of workers. Long lines are always forming and it takes a long time to place your order as many people dont know how to use the kiosk. In addition, the floor and tables are always dirty. Management definitely need to step it up and hire more employee.

This place always has issues. They don't open on time, claim technical issues even with the grill! Don't understand how to take an order, always something missing. Several times chicken is not ready and they claim they cant take orders after waiting in drive thru, doors are locked during business hours so you cant place order inside. They don’t answer phones. No signage outside to inform customers of said “Technical issues”…Always something with this place. 2nd time I receive half burnt chicken. Smh!

The staff are ridiculous no one said hello once we walked in no one asked you can they help us we had to ask them and acknowledge the staff to get help. I been there 3 times and the food is terrible you give directions on how to make you burrito an and of course the cook doesn’t do it at all. I go institute be sure and still didn’t happen. Didn’t put our sides in the bag , no forks or napkins food don’t look eatable

The chicken is getting smaller and smaller and the price keeps going up. My fork is the same size as my chicken pieces. How are you supposed to get full with these 2 small pieces. Combo was 13 and some change.

This was my 1st and last time eating at El Pollo Loco. I ordered the two-piece grilled chicken. They were super small. The breast looked as if it had been split I to two. The meat was mushy as if overcooked. I don't recommend it, unless you're desperate and have the munchies after a night of clubbing.
