Worst location ever , been here twice they take forever to take your order, food is not good at all and their attitude is terrible, they don’t even greet you and take your order properly.

The staff are ridiculous no one said hello once we walked in no one asked you can they help us we had to ask them and acknowledge the staff to get help. I been there 3 times and the food is terrible you give directions on how to make you burrito an and of course the cook doesn’t do it at all. I go institute be sure and still didn’t happen. Didn’t put our sides in the bag , no forks or napkins food don’t look eatable
The chicken is getting smaller and smaller and the price keeps going up. My fork is the same size as my chicken pieces. How are you supposed to get full with these 2 small pieces. Combo was 13 and some change.

This was my 1st and last time eating at El Pollo Loco. I ordered the two-piece grilled chicken. They were super small. The breast looked as if it had been split I to two. The meat was mushy as if overcooked. I don't recommend it, unless you're desperate and have the munchies after a night of clubbing.

Several tables were placed incorrectly, crossed, halfway, I think it is because of the area, people do not collaborate to keep their city clean and in order. Those were not the table positions. The guard, instead of calling the pardons' attention, stands still as if he were hypnotized.

Customer service was terrible with a long face young lady ignoring my question about the kios, when I order it charged me 2 totadas and they wouldn't refund me back because the kios don't de returns, it gives you options for salsa and this location seems to always be out of the condiments NOT COMING HERE
