Rude employees absolutely the worst dining room says it closed at 10 and drive-through at 11 and you can only pay EBT inside the store how can you possibly pay if the lock the doors at 830 pm the rude woman who answered at 8:55 pm 9/9/24 says they are short staffed not the first time she’s mentioned this. Many customers turned away especially with the rudeness the night staff provides

Paid almost $50 for a 8 piece meal and a soggy salad, we weren't given utensils or tortillas and the chicken was so dry and stale. Won't be going back anytime soon.

So I been coming here since small I wish they were better they have several problems they don't fix they just give a face lift every 10 years they need to hire better managers and better head drive thru cashier they older ones always get my order wrong and I've yet to get my order right once here it's always something wrong or they forget to give me something I never go back and complain but they need to change I still come here cause it's the only remotely healthy spot near me also they need to get security or something to keep homeless off property I have kids I never bring cause some are very dangerous individuals ask for money and get mad if you don't luckily none have tested me to where I need to get out and take care of business. But I love pollo Loco and I want and need you guys to do better alot of the younger workers are good just need a. Good manager to keep them on check always double check stop trying to get out order fast and make sure everything on receipt is in the bag that shouldn't be my job there have gone several times where they forget my food and I give whatever I got to my family and u just eat cup noodles to sacrifice for my kids and wife so they can eat.

GARBAGE!!!! Stay away... I got a three piece meal with Broccoli and Beans... The Beans had No salt .. The chicken was dry and hard!!!! Not fresh... Mon July 17 at around 12:30 in the afternoon. I asked for corn tortillas, they gave me flour tortillas... Just Horrible waste of $14.00!!!!!!! I'm Never coming back!!!!

The food was nice and hot, but I honestly could not tell because inside the actually dining area it was so cold that you can see the condensation when exhale. So I wasn't able to really enjoy my food. The other this was the service from the female employee in the counter, she was rude.

This place is getting worse, the pieces of chicken are getting smaller the tables are not clean, you actually have to clean them before you sit down.
Every time I go there they are always lacking something this time the baya shrimp was cold & chicken was warm on your mixshrimp/chicken tostada..Why not hire the right people that care about your local customers. All they got to do is serve your food the same as the EL Monte el pollo loco on garvey. The shrimp was just made hot & chicken hot it was very delicious.
