I stopped by El Pollo Loco yesterday and had a really good experience at the counter. The cashier — a young man — was genuinely kind, patient, and super helpful. He suggested the new Queso Chicken Bowl, and honestly, it was delicious. I’m glad he recommended it.

The only downside was the bathroom. The smell was rough, like gutter water, and it really took away from the otherwise good visit. I hope management gives that area some attention, because the rest of the service was on point.

Overall, great customer service and tasty food — just please fix the restroom situation.

HairFreek Barbers

They started preparing the food Chipotle style. They dig into the trough and pile the ingredients into the bowl like slop. Except the chicken. They carefully pick out five tidbits and gently place them in the bowl.
There's no more salsa bars at any location. That's what made it feel special. You have to order from a screen. No human contact necessary.
Yuck!

Food has gotten better but can definitely improve. Love their salad chicken, pollo bowl, churros and flan. Recently bought a salad and had a little bit of water but was good. Customer service sometimes is good and sometimes is alright I use drive thru sometimes takes forever and sometimes they are fast.

There's a kiosk to place an order, they've eliminated human service here. The guy is all stressed out from the drive thru orders that he barely has time to attend to any questions a customer might have. But it's notchis fault, this is very disappointing SMH

I would put a zero stars if I could! The environment in this location is disgusting and scary! They is homeless, cats, dogs, and trash all around. Overall not a safe environment and very discouraging to go to. No parking! Our food was burned as well...

Please stay away from this location is disgusting filthy dirty. I try to eat but i couldn't. I don't think they ever clean. Today is my last day ever to eat pollo loco. Horrible experience.

Got my order drive through got 3 fire grilled combos and was asked if I wanted tortillas or chips? I asked for chips.. I got home only to find out I wasn't given chips at all🙄 I drove back to get the chips but decided to walk in because the drive thru had 7 cars in it.. BAD IDEA.. all cars in drive thru were serviced before I could even get my chips.. wth?

They increase drastically the prices and the chicken now does not look like a chicken now they look like they are giving you quail. They didn't give me a smaller piece because they could end up giving me the bones.

Good luck trying to make counter order place spelled really bad very un clean food was ok but cheap on sides wasn't a very good first try of the brand probably won't do again almost 40 bucks for a 8 piece 2 sides some chips and a side of guacamole..... to expensive for what you get and man clean the dam store .....
