The food is good but the service is terrible the person who attended me through the drive thru I think it was not his day he served me very rudely when I received my order he had his face very angry there are other pollo loco who serve you very well with kindness and respect

So I been coming here since small I wish they were better they have several problems they don't fix they just give a face lift every 10 years they need to hire better managers and better head drive thru cashier they older ones always get my order wrong and I've yet to get my order right once here it's always something wrong or they forget to give me something I never go back and complain but they need to change I still come here cause it's the only remotely...
