I really enjoyed the food at El Pollo Loco. The service was great…very friendly, welcoming, and nice. I especially remember the young lady who helped me the first time I visited this Pollo Loco in Santa Monica. She made the experience even better.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! I ordered a combo with two thighs, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Everything was delicious. The salsa was amazing….very flavorful and pretty spicy!

It was so good, it was even good enough for breakfast the next day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's those machines that they don't take the right order.
When I order half of chicken I only want legs and thies not breast or wings. Can't seem to get right

The customer service has to improve, people there is nasty and really dirty, I ask to talk to the manager and they say no, that the employee need to know why I’m asking for the manager with attitude, plus, the food had hair inside, I call health department for them, which I don’t think they will come because this is how California is, really sad about it
