Bought food yesterday at 11 am and after I ate it started feeling sick. Sharp pain and started vomiting all afternon I ended in ER for food poisoning. Wont be coming back for sure!

One of the cleanest Pollo Locos i've visited. Also, the food is above the average of a restaurant. In general, this franchise is, let's keep a good standard, but maybe I like this one better. Because it's cleaner and the staff is just a tad nicer than in other branches. I use a drive through a lot. Totally recommended.

From the many Pollo Loco locations that I've been to, this location is among the best if not the best one that I have eaten at. Everything tastes fresh and delicious đ€ They give really good portions. It really feels like you're getting a bang for your buck. The staff is super friendly as well.

I really enjoyed my visit to El Pollo Loco. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the sides were tasty as well. The portions were generous for the price, which made the meal feel like great value.
The only thing that could have been better was the service. While the staff were polite, it felt a bit slow and unorganized at times. Nothing major, but itâs an area that could be improved to match the quality of the food.

I was just there itâs 321 pm and I order tostada salad with the side extra beans in a cup come home and I love there is no beans and I didnât look at my receipt when I was there that was a drive-through and I called him. They hung up on me without saying anything and I called him again, they said you want, extra beans and your tostada salad Iâm sure you might tostada salad. I wanted to see you guys to see if I have any extra beans in there. That was a few beans and bunch of rice. I donât know what theyâre doing over there. They donât listen to you and they donât care. They should put somebody over there. Who cares about the people but they

I was refused a paper cup and cap and straw for my toddler to drink water out of, was told I would have to pay $2 for it even though itâs just water inside. After purchasing a two piece meal and a burrito over $20 and I cant get a cup and straw for my son to properly drink out of in the car? Absolutely insane.
