I really enjoyed my visit to El Pollo Loco. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the sides were tasty as well. The portions were generous for the price, which made the meal feel like great value.
The only thing that could have been better was the service. While the staff were polite, it felt a bit slow and unorganized at times. Nothing major, but it’s an area that could be improved to match the quality of the food.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back. The flavors alone make it worth it, and with a little improvement in service, this place would be perfect.

I was just there it’s 321 pm and I order tostada salad with the side extra beans in a cup come home and I love there is no beans and I didn’t look at my receipt when I was there that was a drive-through and I called him. They hung up on me without saying anything and I called him again, they said you want, extra beans and your tostada salad I’m sure you might tostada salad. I wanted to see you guys to see if I have any extra beans in there. That was a few beans and bunch of rice. I don’t know what they’re doing over there. They don’t listen to you and they don’t care. They should put somebody over there. Who cares about the people but they

I was refused a paper cup and cap and straw for my toddler to drink water out of, was told I would have to pay $2 for it even though it’s just water inside. After purchasing a two piece meal and a burrito over $20 and I cant get a cup and straw for my son to properly drink out of in the car? Absolutely insane.
