Consistent. I've tried other nearby and closer El Pollo Loco's and have concluded that this location is the best of the bunch. Typically order food online and pick it up within 5 - 10 minutes. Seldom is the order inaccurate. I've been to this location easily over 100+ times. Not a lot of turnover at this location with staff. Most staff seem like they've been there for years and always have my order ready with a smile and know my name.? ?Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking at this location. Although you see people eating inside the restaurant, most people appear to get food to go.

I have very good friends from coming here for so many years.
This El Pollo Loco location is phenomenal. I order food on the app as I leave my house, I walk there in under 4 minutes, it’s already bagged up and waiting. And the food is hot, delicious and reasonably priced. The meal for two is only $13.50! Where else can you get take out of this quality for under $7 per person served hot and fresh every time? I love this place.

I always go through the drive-thru and have never dined indoors. The drive-thru is usually surprisingly fast, but on my most recent visit we were stuck for what seemed like almost 10 minutes while they prepared the order for the vehicle in front of us.Coming from my own experience as well as from my friend who owns numerous El Pollo locos, this is the best El Pollo loco in L.A. in terms of food and a quality of the chicken.You can easily get a plate of food and put it in the fridge for a few days without risk of it going bad. The pico de gallo salsa is also a little more fresh here than at other locations, but the salsa at El Pollo loco is generally not as fresh as Baja fresh.My personal go-to order here is the 10-piece leg and thighs for $11.99 as well as the double chicken salad. For $25, it feeds two hungry people and leaves leftovers for the following day.

The burritos at this location are very inconsistent. On one recent visit I ordered a BRC burrito. The top half of the burrito was all rice and the bottom half was all beans, rather than all the ingredients being mixed together evenly. And tonight I ordered a Classic Chicken Burrito, but it was mostly beans and rice, with only a small sliver of chicken at the top half and another small sliver in the bottom half. It was a complete waste of the difference in cost between this and a BRC. I'm no longer going to order burritos from this location.
