Excellent service the guy at counter was great. They have the best quesadillas, just the right amount of crispy and soft tortillas and cheesy, buttery good. We love the plain queso and the price and size is a better deal than Del Taco & anywhere else!

Always missing something. Yesterday, they forgot the corn tortillas for the meal and even the did not provide a purchase receipt. They forgot a taco in the previous visit. All of this while ordering in the drive thru. I otdered thru the speaker and had to repeat my order item by item in the window to find out what they missed after getting home. This place needs seriously to overkook the staff.

Get rid of the big Latina that calls herself management. The rest of the crew was nice. But, that Manager has no customer service and will call police on you. I had to tell another worker to hand me my food. So sad to see such bad customer service in this climate. But, then again, who else would hire her.

ATTN: MANAGEMENT!! We went in..Used the kiosk. Because it would be a lot more customer service since the attendance failed to acknowledge our existence. We finally got the code to use the restroom which did not have any soap. When we went to follow up on our order if it was ready, the attendant ust walked by as if we did not exist. It wasn't until my lady friend actually had to wave her hand to get the attention of somebody coming from the back room. It was only then that some lady took 10 seconds to gather what we order and to put in a bag into us.

This location consistently closes more than 10-15 minutes prior to the posted closing time. When I mentioned to the staff that online shows you close at 10:30 as well as the posted times the staff member responded that they close at 10:15 it was 10:17. She also made it a point to say there’s no chicken here so what exactly are you going to order. Very rude, very unprofessional, unacceptable !

These workers who assemble the meals aren’t wearing gloves, and they are touching their headsets, etc.
