ATTN: MANAGEMENT!! We went in..Used the kiosk. Because it would be a lot more customer service since the attendance failed to acknowledge our existence. We finally got the code to use the restroom which did not have any soap. When we went to follow up on our order if it was ready, the attendant ust walked by as if we did not exist. It wasn't until my lady friend actually had to wave her hand to get the attention of somebody coming from the back room. It was only then that some lady took 10 seconds to gather what we order and to put in a bag into us.

This location consistently closes more than 10-15 minutes prior to the posted closing time. When I mentioned to the staff that online shows you close at 10:30 as well as the posted times the staff member responded that they close at 10:15 it was 10:17. She also made it a point to say there’s no chicken here so what exactly are you going to order. Very rude, very unprofessional, unacceptable !

This franchise owner decided he was gonna cut his burritos down 2 full inches. That's almost a third and what they used to be several years ago. And he's actually charging more these charging phones $,4 more per burrito. This is shocking. I will never come to this location again. I posted a picture of the burrito and a medium drink for reference in size. The burritos used to be over 8 inches. Now they are five and a half to 6 inches

This is the worst El pollo Loco ever! I walked in n stood there for 10min. No one acknowledged me. Everyone looked n kept on walking. No hello, no I'll b right with u etc. Smh. Homeless people were walking in n messing with the soda fountain. The security said nothing. That was so disgusting for their dirty hands to be touching the soda dispensers where soda comes out. My chicken burrito had no chicken. My friend asked me not to go to that location but I wanted to give it a try regardless. No one seemed to care about anything. Y d hell are they in business..smh

What happened to the food at this location? This used to be my favorite go-to on the run. I ordered 2 tacos today; the chicken was dry, cold, and did not taste fresh. Before today, I ordered the 8-piece chicken at this location and had the same experience—no more.

The food was fabulous. However, the cashier wasn't paying attention when I was asking to add additional items to my order. So at the end what I was praying and I see that the other stuff was not on the list. It was just a little frustrating. But the food was great. And I'm pretty sure the staff is great as well.
