They don't pay much attention to you if you are a dine in customer. Our food waited on the shelf for 10 minutes and no one even noticed. There was no one else in thr restaurant. Food was cold and portion was meager compared to drive through. As I sit here there are no less than 5 people waiting who have been here 7-10 minutes.

This store hardly gets any order right and you end up paying almost if not $30. Even when I order through GrubHub my order is WRONG EVERY TIME. I'm going to start telling GrubHub to refund ALL MY MONEY. GET IT TOGETHER EL POLLO LOCO, IT JUST THAT SIMPLE.
