This store hardly gets any order right and you end up paying almost if not $30. Even when I order through GrubHub my order is WRONG EVERY TIME. I'm going to start telling GrubHub to refund ALL MY MONEY. GET IT TOGETHER EL POLLO LOCO, IT JUST THAT SIMPLE.

I ordered delivery to Uber Eats. They didn't give me the rice I ordered as a side. I didn't even give you a corn tortilla. Work right. Wake up. The service is terrible.

The cashier seemed angry and upset the entire time she took my order. She couldn’t have been stressed because I was the only customer in the lobby.
For some reason there were menu items that weren’t posted and the cashier had to tell me what they had. She couldn’t be bothered to speak loud enough to be heard.
And then it took over twenty minutes to make my order. I won’t be back.
