Hello i been going to this Pollo loco for the last 30 years and I never complained but today August the 19 i was trying to get me and my wife something to eat and the security guard start yelling to my wife he was mad because she when to used ths restroom but I asked the cashier and she let us in but he saying he didn't care about about the job because I tell him to stop or he couldn't lose job and need to be nice with the customer and he said that he don't care that's why I can't rate this Pollo loco until he gets moved or he gets fired thank you

I came hereb through the drive through around 9:40 Monday night. The good. The food was very good. The bad. They were out of almost everything, and when I reached the window, the young lady made it very clear through her non greeting and facial expressions that I wasn't welcome there. Furthermore, she didn't say thank you or anything when she shoved the food towards me. Disappointing yes, surprising. No.

I haven't eaten at El pollo Loco in a while and I can say I will never eat at this particular one ever,it was horrible and didn't taste like their trade mark chicken.The chicken was dry and not flavorful, I don't live close so I didn't go back to return but I should have.Capital H for horrible.

Let me start off by saying this is by so far the worst experience I was waiting in line for almost 10 minutes and cars were not moving then I decided to walk in I thought maybe it will be faster… but to my surprise it was even worse not a single employee care to even come to take the order I count it like 6 employees at the time 2 of them with headsets on but no one at the register I ended up taking my business somewhere else.

Well last time I came here the didn’t even put chicken on my street corn salad ,and I’m not really too happy about paying 15 dollars for a salad but it’s better food than Taco Bell /jack /mickeyD’s tho
