Cassandra was super nice, friendly and very patient. Usually don't stop at this location because of area but all employees encountered were soo easy going/friendly , made experience a good one.

I came today to order a 2 piece breast and wing meal with an adjustment of making it two chicken breast like we always do. The self checkout wasnt giving the option to edit, I asked for help from the guy from the counter (guy with glasses) and he said they couldn't make the adjustment for me. I made a phone call to let my family know and he then told me they could make the adjustment. I was having trouble using the self checkout on making a second adjustment to another order and told the guy ill go in the drive through to make it easier. At the drive through i tried to make the two breast adjustment again this time a girl was helping us and she told us they ran out of breast and we reluctantly got the leg and thigh instead. Hoping my brother with autism will be okay with that. I called 30 minutes later to see if they had breasts and they said yes they do, and I asked why wasnt i able to get it from the drive through and he said oh you can its just still cooking. I asked why wasnt i told that and suddenly he couldn't hear me and was cutting off. Besides the service being terrible the food portions we got was small. We've been going to this el pollo loco for many years and its dissapointing how they treat customers now.

Love the effort, seems like management is not putting effort into making this location thrive. I see it shutting down this year but great floor staff , chicken could've been a bit fresher but looks to be short staffed and that's including kiosk as (1) an employee

Came here around 7:50pm today 12/05/2025. I ordered 4 chipotle burritos 2 chicken avocado tacos and an order of churros. Service was not welcoming. The churros were soft and soggy not crispy at all. The tacos were ok. The burritos taste ok but one of the burritos had the SEED of the AVOCADO INSIDE THE BURRITO. Luckily my mom noticed it before bitting into it. This could have turned out really bad.
El Pollo Loco is my best fast food when I am hungry on the road, I love eating the Burrito Street Bowl, it is a balance meal.
My best choice.

The drive thru Young badly buillt women with the 2lbs of makeup on her face when receiving food is very rude she’s always has an attitude and slams window before I can ask for condiments don’t know what’s her deal she’s always there when opening you guys need to improve customer service if u don’t like ur job find something else.

If there is a -100 start I’ll be rating it, FYI POLLO LOCO APP DOESN’T USE HIS OWN DRIVERS, DRIVERS ARE FROM DOORDASH OR ANY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY… and they won’t be responsible if the driver don’t deliver the food.
