The tables aren't cleaned in-between use. I was the only customer and all the tables I wanted to sit at were dirty. That was half of the tables.

Order 8 piece family meal only to get chicken and no sides, not even tortillas, and the chicken was burnt. Never again

It's not the same as it was 4 years ago, they no longer give you condiments to accompany the food except salsa and guacamole ?.
The very despotic cashier answers you if you ask him about something.
I've been to other pollo locos like the one in Highland Park and they still give you everything and the workers are very friendly.
I no longer recommend this crazy chicken from main and Manchester in South Central.

The service was almost nonexistent. The staff only focused on filling in orders and didn't greet or acknowledge us. No cashiers, just large tablets. Basically, get your order, eat, or get out. The dine-in room was pure basic metal and plastic everything. The food was basic. My friend and I had to pour salsa of all kinds for the food to have any flavor. This "fast food" chicken place has become a school cafeteria instead of the family-friendly place and delicious food it used to be.
Parking: 12 parking spots, 2 are handicap parking
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the left side of the entrance door right next to the parking lot.

The drive thru cashier with red hair is rude, she always with a bored look and irritated face, the food is literally cold espaclly the burritos the toritalls is damn cold and the chips and guac is from days its not even fresh.. The girl with red hair rude mann especially she’s always stopping the drive-through we get it they have a timer, but also we have a timer for our lunch too, and this is why it’s called fast food.

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. Ubaldo is a great manager and gave me great service and helped me out. He had a great attitude towards me and my family. He’s a great person and gave me only respect. Coming back here
TLDR if you can find go to another location you should
Still needs better management, bunch of silos without customer service in mind at least for me. They forgot my tortillas last time so I was hoping to ask from some this time but she walked away before checking if I needed anything else. And then I stood there for like maybe 2-3 minutes and just walked away no help from the cook cause he never looks back and about the same from others. Maybe y’all need to pay them more idk.

Bad service, they are not hygienic, we found hair at El Pollo and plastic at El Mac and Cheese both times we have gone.
