I was disappointed after 4-5min. No one came up front. I had time to look around at the counters in the kitchen, filthy with spilled salsa & cilantro onions, little nats/flies. They're so busy with the Sunday Drive thru, we waited. By the time we ordered the line was long & after 10 more minutes, we got a refund. That's the 1 on Vermont and Slauson. This staff were few & NEW. They weren't able to gain control back. I'm sorry.

The service was almost nonexistent. The staff only focused on filling in orders and didn't greet or acknowledge us. No cashiers, just large tablets. Basically, get your order, eat, or get out. The dine-in room was pure basic metal and plastic everything. The food was basic. My friend and I had to pour salsa of all kinds for the food to have any flavor. This "fast food" chicken place has become a school cafeteria instead of the family-friendly place and delicious...

GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD. Ubaldo is a great manager and gave me great service and helped me out. He had a great attitude towards me and my family. He’s a great person and gave me only respect. Coming back here
