Great food. I ordered online and scheduled for pickup, and my order was ready when I arrived. Parking is limited, so during lunchtime, it can be difficult to find parking. There is some metered parking on the street, so I parked there.

Parking: There is a limited amount of parking spots. There is metered parking around pollo loco and if you want free street parking you have to walk like 2 blocks

Pretty crowded at times especially on weekends. Good service and good chicken.

Parking: They do have parking but if you dont find any you will have to park your car outside the street. I believe they only have one disability parking spot but not sure.
