Bro, I always appreciate service. It makes me happy that in LA there are still many places where I can find real service. El Pollo Loco on Vine and Fountain Ave. Is lucky to have an employee like Oscar L. Today, I came to get a quesadilla and a soda and I could see what a great attitude, enthusiasm and passion he has for his job. He was at the cash register greeting people loud and thanking they for having eaten at the restaurant. It’s amazing to know there are still great employees...

Good food and they so far always (maybe 6 times) get the orders right in the kitchen.

But the front counter service often comes with a lack of attentiveness and sometimes an attitude. I always list what salsas I want and eliminate the ones I don’t, and they almost never have paid attention to that on pickup orders, even though it’s all listed right on the receipt.

One time, I almost walked out without my drink because the guy didn’t...

This is probably the most healthy fast food option you can get. The chicken is grilled in the kitchen. 10/10 I eat here almost every other day. $12 for a 3 piece grilled chicken and 2 sides.
