This is the worst of el pollo location i've never been to. I am very disappointed since i've recently become addicted to their chicken avocado quesadilla. When I ordered my food here, it arrived cold and the cheese was unmelted. On top of that, the lady forgot to give me my card back when I left the drive-through. I had to come back to get it. Not a good experience :/

Chicken vary vary dry.!
Like been sitting on warm grill for many hours..looking in drive-thru window could see about a hundred pieces of chicken ? on grill 11.30 am probably cooked day before, not sure that's safe.Good luck

They said they accepted the hot food program, but my their card machine was broken. Thank GOD a friend (Kayla) was in there. She was returning her food because it was hair in it. That made me check mine, which was cold to touch?
