I ordered the meal for two. The chicken , beans and rice are so good. The food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend. I love the salad with the cilantro ranch dressing. The churros are good too my kids love them. I think I paid like $14 with this without drinks.

I tried them after a long time, since I was driving past. This one branch is terrible and hasn’t seemed to get any better. Ordered a Diet Coke w my meal and I sipped it while waiting then told the guy it tasted a little off - a little sour (?), like maybe the machine needs to be cleaned. He took it and repoured it yet it tasted the same. He said he tried it and it didn’t taste bad - but it did. So, he offered Coke Zero and I took it, no other choice. But, he told me to watch out cuz the lid wasn’t staying on the cup right (guess he was just refilling the same cup and bent the paper lip causing the lid not to stick properly). I just took it cuz it had already been a while and I need to go. Got home and naturally the coke top popped off and spilled all over stuff. Looked for the receipt to file a survey but, yup, the cashier didn’t give me one! Ugh. I do t think this branch will ever be better. I free other branches w no prob. Just this one. I will drive past it next time.

Went in for an Uber eats pick up today Monday June 17 and I noticed the workers all looked occupied but I noticed a girl at the register kept looking up at me while she was counting money and I was waiting patiently until she was done but after a while I say hey excuse me but I got ignored. This happened at around 4:10pm and she couldn’t even have said “I’ll be right with you” nothing. Terrible customer service. And looks like she has an ugly attitude by the look on her face.
Our experience was 5 stars. Tremendous food. Good order at the seller's suggestion.

Usually, this El Pollo Loco has hot and fresh food, but this is the worst food I've ever had there. I ordered the double chicken and shrimp tostada, and it had scraps of chicken and over cooked and cold shrimp. If I hadn't already been at work when I began to eat it, I would have taken it back for a refund.
