Was my wife's first time eating El Pollo loco and it was an experience. She loved the chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy with corn. And the roasted chicken burrito is enough for 2 ppl to share. Service was great as well.

I came in to buy a giant chicken meal for friends and family. The cashier was new and he couldn't understand the order. I Repeated it several times. Then said he couldn't serve us cause he didn't understand the order. He was super entitled. Then said he wouldn't serve us. WHY????

My friend said becareful if you're looking to work at this location the lady manager here cuts off your hours unexpectedly and never calls you back for work. Says the same thing to everybody "it's slow I'll call you and try to give you more hours"
