This is the 2nd time now that I’ve asked for the avocado double chicken tostada bowl and they put like 4 pieces of chicken. Last time they forgot the avocado and this time they gave brown unappetizing pieces of avocado. On top of that we did not receive salsa and the tortillas for our chicken tacos were cold and ripped. This pollo loco has been going downhill recently.

Ordered on the app for take out. did two separate 8 piece family meals plus a nacho meal. They forgot to add a side on one of the meals so I had to drive back to this place to get it. I was kind of ticked off that I had to spend some time to come back and also use up some gas for a mistake they made. So much for the "Guaranteed accuracy" sticker on the to go plastic/receipt. I complained and showed my receipt and it took them a moment and an employee apologized to me without question and then also asked me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience that was caused. So I asked for some extra tortillas. I thought I should have asked for some churros but they made good with their mistake so they get a good review from me for trying to make up for the mistake. I would definitely come back to this El Pollo Loco location.
Staff was okay, got my order quick. Tried the shredded beef quesadilla combo which was well stuffed if I say so. On the other hand, the chips were very very stale and the baggie literally had 6 chips for a quesadilla.

Since you enter the restaurant you feel so disappointed to be there, on the floor garbage thrown away, the disgusting tables, with food waste, the garbage containers are overflowing with garbage, with all due respect that place is disgusting, it seems that they have months of not passing the broom or cleaning, what can I say about the service, it is disgusting they look so sick of being there and there is no other option, why did I go there? I like this food but it really doesn't deserve to have an A from the health department, because the street and the sidewalk around it is cleaner than inside this restaurant.
