I ordered the Chicken Chipotle Burrito at Pollo Loco and was really disappointed. My burrito was filled with nothing but rice, beans, and guacamole -no chicken at all. For a place called Pollo Loco, this is unacceptable. Customers should get what they pay for, especially when the main ingredient is missing.
It feels like they’re cutting corners and taking advantage of the very community that supports them. I expected authentic quality and fairness, not a burrito stuffed with filler and no protein. Please do better and give people the food they’re paying for.

Saturday at noon the order was prepared quickly everything was very hot only if you like the sauce as much as I do you have to buy extra

The bad thing is that the people who live on the street come in and grab drinks from the machine and don't say anything to them. With the dirty bottles, they fill them with the drink and leave and the employees don't see them and don't say anything, the machine stays dirty because why? Mr. He came in and was getting high. Outside he fills the bottle with a load of soda and goes out to continue with another person, I know he lives across the street. It is unhygienic

I recommend that when you get coupons you explain to them what you get the coupon. Yesterday I bought with a coupon and I didn't receive anything and when they gave me the food. And I told him that if there weren't two of them, the cashier answered very rudely and the person who delivered also doesn't have good manners.
