I don’t know what to even rate it honestly. When I arrived home I come to find ONE single napkin in my bag, my bag of chips HALF empty…. What’s with the stinginess of food that I AM paying for ?!? GEEZ. The single napkin was just like a what the moment, idk if it’s because I’m in the clouds or what but it was hilarious ! Please include more napkins and sauces and condiments 🤣🤣🤣 I mean besides that, the burrito was mid to be honest. There was no “guac sauce” in the burrito or whatever the guy said. Sad they got rid of the chicken avocado burrito

I placed an online order tonight and the service was really good , but when I got home my order was wrong…. I ordered a Bowl with Corn Tortillas and I got chips and salsa instead …. I’m not mad! But yo, pay attention to detail.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I asked Veronica to split the order into two payments, she refused. I told her to cancel the order so we could come back around, and she agreed — yet the order still showed up on the screen. The service overall was poor.
On top of that, the food was not good super dry chicken and old lettuce. I ordered the double chicken salad and it was a letdown — very small portion with only about 6–8 pieces of chicken. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be returning.

Got a chicken chipotle quesadilla that came with guacamole and when i took it to my table to sit down and eat it and it was black i went to ask for a different one but they said they are like that they have them all black apparently

I come here very frequently because is very close to work so is convenient and I been letting it slide thinking maybe this person is just having a bad day but today I finally confirm Monica has just an attitude!! I work as a customer service person myself I know for sure thisnis not the way to approach at anyone!! Not even a hello ..Just what would like to order and as soonest you tell her your mela option she rushes through the window like can you ask if there anything you would like to add or like those that complete your order ..today I had to say can wait wait I need to add another item!!listen Im paying !!!is not free so treat the customer with respect. Other than that the other ladies at the drive thru are always polite .
