Always trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt. They are extremely rude. The place is dirty all the time yet they seem to be fully staff. Worst costumer service.

First off they never ask if I’m dining in or not secondly my chicken is alway to crispy and they give me very small pieces of chicken. Then I fill I’m treated differently because of my race

We were very dissatisfied with the service, the table was dirty, we told them that if they cleaned it, they gave us the towel to clean it ourselves, it was broken, this restaurant is really super dirty, I do not recommend it and we will not return either ??

I place my order, the girl who serves does not say a word, she seemed mute, but I was indifferent to her, in the bag that they gave me my food they did not put a fork, spoon or napkin, I asked for them and they told me in a bad way, you have to ask for them, and responding, that's what I'm doing, they treated me poorly, it seems like they're under a lot of stress.

The cashier wasn't really paying attention to taking orders she was laughing with co-workers and when I was asking about a certain item she asked but then acted liked if she didn't understand what I was asking. The service was unacceptable they were working but they weren't really paying attention to the customers. As a former cashier customers and the front house is important whoever the cashier is should be paying attention to the customers, cleaning tables making sure the soda and front register are always clean but instead when their was no orders to take the cashier was just laughing with the co-workers and not really doing get her job. The wings were too over cooked and barely had any meat on the bones the rice was hard and the flour tortilla weren't put in the container with the chicken to keep them warm. Im definitely not going to come back to this place the food wasn't good and it was a waste of my money almost 22 for the food to be that way was unacceptable ?

Francisca(or whoever was working drive thru 5/11 @ 4:15) has to fix up that attitude. There is no reason to be mean/rushing us when there's not that many cars (only 2 at the time)
