I come here very frequently because is very close to work so is convenient and I been letting it slide thinking maybe this person is just having a bad day but today I finally confirm Monica has just an attitude!! I work as a customer service person myself I know for sure thisnis not the way to approach at anyone!!
Not even a hello ..Just what would like to order and as soonest you tell her your mela option she rushes through the window like can you ask if there anything...

Everything is fine. And after going back I see tablets were installed! Great! Now this pollo loco has improved a lot

Update for 8/4/25:

The worker who handed my 12 piece meal seemed angry. She screamed the order number in English and Spanish which is great! But when she handed the food she just stared at me angrily and left. Can you explain this behavior? As a customer service expert myself I am bewildered. I will keep coming but it is saddening....
