The night manager is the worst. Bad customer service their drive thru service never works.. they forget to put sauces in. I would go every weekend and every weekend it was something different.

Cashier refuse to take my order and forced me to use kiosk. The customer should have the option whether they want to use the kiosk or not.There was a line, and that was the only option.

Well I order the chicken bowl and the portions are so small and nachos I got with it it’s like they counted how many I’ll get the bag of chips is half full and we ordered the 8 piece chicken and they didn’t even give us our beans that we ordered and gave us smashes potato’s instead, and my drink is flavorless, not only that the cashier had like some attitude for no reason

They have cashiers cutting chicken, zero training. I went through drive thru, I had not ate all day, was really hungry from being busy, stopped by around 2:30pm and was craving a three piece meal. I ordered a Leg and thigh meal however, the thighs they gave me were extremely disrespectful and it ruined my day. Two tiny thighs cut wrong, the size was extremely small for the prices that they have now.

A lot of us have long days and a lot going on, we don’t have time to cook, and we give our business to restaurants for them not to take their jobs seriously and with honor. I was extremely disappointed, it really was a mood changer for the day. Please do better, people pay for this , it isn’t free.

I went over there just a moment ago to get my to-go order. Usually someone is in the front, but this time, it wasn’t. That’s OK, I get it, a lot of things you got to do around a restaurant. I waited for 2 minutes. The one lady behind was getting food together, saw me but didn’t greet me. Whatever, another guy came from one side to another, then to the back. Another customer came to the same area I was in, and the workers greeted her and asked her if she had a to-go order and she said yes. They gave her the order and then asked me what my name was also out of the hot sauce. I usually don’t complain about stuff like this, but I was upset about being there and everybody acted as if I wasn’t there. Hopefully this comment will help because I eat out a lot in my line of work and I love El Pollo Loco, but I think I will take a further distance instead of going here. This just happened like 10 minutes ago

They upsell you and don't provide receipts. And when you catch them, they put words in your mouth. That is why they don't repeat your order. Make sure they repeat your order before they charge you. The owner must have instructed the poor workers to be petty thieves, or they simply do not know what they are doing.
