They have cashiers cutting chicken, zero training. I went through drive thru, I had not ate all day, was really hungry from being busy, stopped by around 2:30pm and was craving a three piece meal. I ordered a Leg and thigh meal however, the thighs they gave me were extremely disrespectful and it ruined my day. Two tiny thighs cut wrong, the size was extremely small for the prices that they have now.

A lot of us have long days and a lot going on, we don’t have time to cook, and we give our business to restaurants for them not to take their jobs seriously and with honor. I was extremely disappointed, it really was a mood changer for the day. Please do better, people pay for this , it isn’t free.

I went over there just a moment ago to get my to-go order. Usually someone is in the front, but this time, it wasn’t. That’s OK, I get it, a lot of things you got to do around a restaurant. I waited for 2 minutes. The one lady behind was getting food together, saw me but didn’t greet me. Whatever, another guy came from one side to another, then to the back. Another customer came to the same area I was in, and the workers greeted her and asked her if she had a to-go order and she said yes. They gave her the order and then asked me what my name was also out of the hot sauce. I usually don’t complain about stuff like this, but I was upset about being there and everybody acted as if I wasn’t there. Hopefully this comment will help because I eat out a lot in my line of work and I love El Pollo Loco, but I think I will take a further distance instead of going here. This just happened like 10 minutes ago

The Cashier whoever he is didn’t fully listen to what I had ordered and didn’t repeat the order back to see if the order was right he has poor terrible customer service 5/11/25.

They upsell you and don't provide receipts. And when you catch them, they put words in your mouth. That is why they don't repeat your order. Make sure they repeat your order before they charge you. The owner must have instructed the poor workers to be petty thieves, or they simply do not know what they are doing.

What bad service, the cashier serves very poorly
I asked for 12 pieces of chicken and they gave me it that was burnt and dry. It was chicken that had been there for days. It was a bad experience eating there.

It was the chicken loco at the Olympic, the service was not so good, I was watching... And it didn't seem like it because now they have a system to place your order, I made mine, you do it through a computer and I did it but then a couple of people arrived gentlemen between 55 and 60 years old and they don't hate doing it, in that only the person who delivers saw them and in a short time the line became quite long and they don't hate placing the order and the lady who served never ever took the time to help them, it's even more Even though I spoke Spanish and being a 99% Spanish-speaking place and seeing the need, I took the time and helped them, but come on, they should have people with a little training to be able to help. You don't have to be so racist when I suppose that pollo loco is Mexican speaks Spanish at least put people in double language very bad service 0 score

this the second time they get my order wrong the first time we ask for no tomatoes on the salad cause I’m allergic to it they proceeded to add tomatoes to it this order was done in the drive thru
The employee love to full around the second time i ordered tho the drive thru the employee didn’t catch the salad that the other employee was handing to them the salad which employee drop the salad
salsa was all over the bag
And now i ask for the Classic Chicken and Baja Shrimp chopped Salad and got a chicken salad
Been trying to reach the restaurant to the number provided they won’t pick up
