On November 27, 2025. I had called to cancel. The employee at the store had confirmed cancellation and refund would be issue. Since then I’ve been calling every few weeks with Corporate now and to this day I have not received a refund. Worst experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have been going back and forth with them to receive a refund since Thanksgiving! Like how does it take 3 months and counting to get a refund?!?! Im tired a waiting, I keep getting the run around. Their response is we have escalated and you’ll receive a refund within 3-5 business day. It’s more like 3-5 months at this point. Consumers affairs. I tried resolving this with my bank and told me I need to resolve it with the company. Formal complaint has been submitted to BBB website

The most fabulous El Pollo Loco. If all the El Pollo Locos tasted this good, I’d go all the time.
The restaurant is clean, the seats are in excellent condition. The atmosphere is unique. A+.

even though they were

Just ordered 4 tostada bowls and they didn’t give me any dressing. So I have 4 bowls of plain chicken and lettuce. Tastes pretty lame. Thanks guys.

They missed tortillas and corn from Uber ordered. I called them 7 times, and nobody picked. I drove their complaint about. They said because the worker was new and they blamed Uber drivers and the phone was disconnected! That's not true. removed phoner number from Google if you don't want to pic the phone intended lie

This place is so delicious, the chicken was so juicy. I love the service here. The store was really clean. Kimberly is the manger of the afternoons and is so nice I love how she’s super sweet and outgoing. Highly recommends
