First time here to this El Pollo Loco. Received Great Customer Service from Fernando. I decided to have the Double chicken Street corn Salad with the creamy cilantro dressing and it was very delicious for having it the first time around I highly recommend it. Also I added 3 Chicken tacos Al carbon which were delicious aswell . For a fountain drink I had a coke which went along with my salad very well lol . The restroom and dining area was very clean . Parking was a bit hectic since it's in a shopping center but I did find a parking available. I give this Pollo Loco five stars for this visit. Thanks for making my day with a Great Lunch .

I only come here because it is close to my work if not I would not come to this location. This area is very busy and parking is terrible because it is in a lot with other businesses. There is a school across the street. Food is mostly on point but occasionally missed a few items (like a side or tortillas or salad dressing} here and there on the take out. I dont know understand why items are missed when they are not busy. That is why the service with 3 stars.

We came just for chicken and they sold us the whole dinner because my family didn't speak English and the cashier didn't speak Spanish. How sad.
I always get the original pollo bowl combination without beans. With the pink lemonade strawberries drink. The food was great at a solid price. Only $5.50 to get a bowl of chicken, choice of flour or tortillas chips. Also good to get the family plate as well if you want a get a lot of food at a solid price point. I was always go through the drive through first then it gives me the option to sit down and check out the environment. As I don’t like waiting in no lines. Drive thru was completely open and empty. Inside had people in it but surprisingly no long lines.
