Too bland. Needs seasoning.
Came for vacation from Texas and I’ve had plent of LA tacos , but this one was not it , super bland and the pastor was extremely overly spicy , I love spicy , but it was wayyy to much .. never again
I was super stoked to try this place, it was late and I was in search for some super yummy L.A. street tacos. Based on reviews I was definitely looking forward to some good pastor. It was your average street taco truck, fresh made pastor spinning and roasting, workers in the truck grilling away. Things looked good so far. I ordered el pastor and the cabeza taco…..let me just put it plain and simple, it was probably the worst tacos I’ve ever had in L.A. meat was completely bland. No salt or seasonings whatsoever so obviously you had to rely on salsas and lime for some decent flavoring. Well both salsas were also bland. My taco has never been so bland and so spicy before. I’m one to appreciate my spicy element, but god, imagine a bland taco with some super heat. It was really disappointing. They had lemons there instead of lime and also a slaw mixture that was also BLAND. Smh. I appreciate the workers trying, but the food here definitely lacked flavor big time.
Been coming here since 2019 tacos and service is amazing. They have this spicy pickled onion and jalapeño mix and limes you serve yourself. Check them out!

The okayest tacos you’ll eat. I tried 3 different meats and they need seasoning. Lime instead of lemon would help too.
