Horrible costumer service. Order food 40 min in advance and still had to wait an additional 15 min because no one acknowledges the costumers waiting in line. I now can see why they have low rating . I'm a neighbor as well and I can say this is the last time I'll order food from here. Even though the food is good.

So I've been ordering here for many years I actually came in today to eat here and we sat down placed my order and when I came up to get napkins I seen the kitchen they have a mess I hope I don't get a stomach infection or salmonela or something because they are DIRTY they have buckets of salad on the floor, there salsa on pans thrown on the floor I guess that where they have their food and give it to us . the kitchen is super dirty. I will try and sneak a picture because I don't know how this business could even be operating this restaurant should be closed down.

This place did frauds to many people I suggest you find a way to shut it down for good they don’t give the exact order and charge way to much

(Translated by Google) It is a good place, humble for us the poor, but with an ajtentics meal, and on very special treatment

Not so crowded unlike other buffet restaurants. My daughter loves to take a selfie inside the comfort room.

Asked if they took debit card, confirmed, but didn't tell me about the $2 service fee for using my debit card until bill came. Also charged me $4 for a small glass of tamarindo drink. Obviously they don't want repeat customers.

(Translated by Google) Very nice place but the food especially the chicken soup 👎 my experience was not so good. We were 7 of the family and we all ordered different dishes and they were all cold. We expected better service

The name of the restaurant is not El Pulgarcito, it is El Pulgarcito Nuevo. Some of the pictures of the facade are incorrect and out of date. It is across the street and half a block away from Langer's Deli, and a block south of MacArthur Park/Westlake with only street parking. Traffic is horrendous. The neighborhood is one of the most run down in Los Angeles. Prices are higher for the same dishes at other restaurants, chicken soup/caldo de pollo runs $13.50 when it costs about ten bucks most other places.

We loved this restaurant! The brussel sprouts are the best we've ever had and we are experts. Everyone's food was so flavorful and original. My kids loved it too. We stumbled upon this place after an art opening. Please go visit and give them business. They seem hard working and the food is amazing.

In need of some dinner, I found this family run spot on google and decided to give it a try. The vibe is intimate (only about 50 seats). The waiter was very helpful and encouraged my boyfriend and I to try the alligator tacos. They were delicious! We both decided to get the Hamberguesa - (lamb, chorizo burger) with side of sweet potato fries. We enjoyed the meal and next time I intend to try to Torta de Chocolate.
