Delicious pumpkin flower quesadilla. It was very big and full of Quesillo and a lot of pumpkin flower. The sauces are very good too. I bought bread, grasshoppers, jerky, nicoatole and charales to take home to Texas. Since now I can't find anything from Oaxaca. I'll have to come back when I get back to Los Angeles!
