I would give a 0 star but it’s not possible, the fact that they had everyone waiting in line not letting us know that their elevator wasn’t working and that no one was able to go to the rooftop when they knew it wasn’t working that’s horrible, security was laughing at the fact that we were asking questions and that they look like high schoolers. We paid for tickets thinking it would make things easier and faster and then them not wanting to give a refund shows that they’re scammers. Worst place to plan any event. There was no communication at all we found out from other people in line to the point that we went for ourselves to ask.

Elevator was broken so we were not able to attend the NYE event after waiting in line for over an hour AND having pre-paid tickets. They did not notify anyone in line either (someone had to go up to ask and let everyone else know).

Over sell and under deliver. Don’t waste your time and money

Nice place for a drink and dance but clearly nothing exceptional.

Sometimes I go out drinking and dancing. There are a lot of young people, it's lively and fun.

I recently visited Elevated Lounge, and what should have been a pleasant evening turned into a frustrating experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the security staff. All I did was take a simple photo of the balcony, and for some reason, this triggered an absurd overreaction. Three security guards were sent to escort me out, despite the fact that I was completely sober and respectful throughout the interaction.

What was most disappointing was the way they handled the situation—snickering amongst themselves as if they were enjoying flexing their authority. It was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and completely ruined the vibe. If you're looking for a place where the security has power trips instead of focusing on creating a safe and welcoming environment, then this might be for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend avoiding it.

I get it. Is a rooftop "nightclub" bar that charges $25 for a simple drink. The bartender wasn't even friendly, and that says a lot, more when you're working in an environment that requires friendliness if you want to get tip... it's the second time I came, and the first time the drink wasn't as expensive, idk what happened in the lapse of 4 months.
Security will flash you if you're touching the glass or seated on top of the couch while vaping their pens away... classy
When it's time to close the bar. They push you to the elevators and make you wait for your turn while you're mushed with other people... it's dumb, never again...

Great, we celebrated my birthday and had a blast!

No Requests event was hosting or something and these kids in front haughtily denied entry when I was there at midnight for RSVP. One said it ended at midnight of which I was there. Then one said it was over at 11pm. Then online said 7pm. The birthday girl was hosting and had a table and collaborated with them through Partiful. Every NR was tagged as hosts on the page. There were different times when RSVP ended. Telling to my face that it's at max capacity? People inside said it was so open. Unorganized and inconvenient.

Ot was definitely a vibe just wasn’t my crowd. Whatever was in the drinks had people tipping over. Best part was the available seating. Paid for vip parking for $12 which was right around the corner. They were swift with retrieving my vehicle. I wouldn’t return

I do not like the new set up. They have the dj stand taking up a large portion of the dance area now with VIP attached. They are doing too much with that. It makes the space feel very closed and chopped off. They should have kept the dj area off to the side. It's not about the djs, its about the customers coming in and having a good time whether they are vip or not.
Some of these establishments really take the VIP stuff too far.
It's a beautiful space bit the new set up diminishes the feel it once had.

The djs play about 30 seconds of a banger hit and switch up to a mid song. Til tok vibes for sure if you want to dance for longer than 30 seconds at a time do not come here. Not worth the cover
