Great wood pizza!
Nasty pizza, overpriced, and not even a real restaurant. For the area, and the price-point I expected more.

Best pizza I can walk to. Jk, it’s one of the best pizzas around. Everyone who works there is chill too.
Recommended dishes: Cheese Pizza, Margherita Pizza, Veggie Pizza, White Pizza
I’m really disappointed with the food service I witnessed at Elios Pizza. One of the workers drank from his soda, cut salami, made a pizza, and repeatedly touched his face — all without washing his hands even once.
This is a serious health and hygiene issue. Proper handwashing should be standard in any food establishment, especially when handling raw ingredients. Watching this happen made me question the overall cleanliness and safety of the food being served.
I hope management takes this seriously and enforces better hygiene training and supervision. Customers deserve to feel confident that their food is being prepared safely.

The best street pizza. Loved it better when it was off the Toyota tailgate brick oven. But that's the city fault for making him buy a food truck

I didn’t enjoy my pizza here, they charge extra for ranch as a food truck.
The pizza cost over twenty dollars… Wow! Real Restaurant pizza is cheaper with unlimited toppings.
This is a greedy business. Why are there so many of these food trucks in LA selling hot dogs, pizza, no permits and charging restaurant prices..with All Mexican Staff. Italian pizza with no Italian staff for $20. My relatives in Rome would be ashamed . Nowhere to sit. This made me very sad :(

Loosing a customer over a $.50 ranch is insane when they spent $20 for a singular pizza .. you don’t need a business in my opinion.

Extra charge for ranch is one thing, but to not even allow a customer to pay for it after purchasing a pizza is bizarre. The price is already very high, but then they say the minimum is $5 AFTER you pizza so basically you’re forced to spend at least another $5. Honestly, the ranch should come with the pizza with the high prices. This is a food truck too! Ridiculous!
Soggy pizza, a pool of grease on top and no flavor. waited 30 minutes just to get a nasty pizza never again.

Great pizza.
The staff at Elio's were attentive and efficient. They seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which made the whole experience more pleasant.
Got the Margarita pizza and added garlic and pepperoni. Delicious and fresh! The only downside is they have nowhere to sit and no napkins.
Okay, so we didn’t eat here. Not because we didn’t want to, but because we got to the location, waited, and then when we called we were told that they wouldn’t be open today.
We came from Chicago area, and we planned this stop in our trip, specifically to try the pizza. We were really excited, and drove out of the way in LA traffic to try it.
We did check his Instagram and Google ahead of time; and we still didn’t see anything about it not being open. So if you’re stopping here, make sure to call ahead of time.
Maybe next time…
Have loved Elios for years. consistently fast and delicious, consistently good people.
