Karen was an amazing bartender and server. The blackberry martini that she made was the perfect blend of sweet, tart, and boozy. We also ordered the new espresso martini which contains Cantera Negra teguila, vodka, and black Irish cream and I have to say, it might be my new favorite dessert drink. The food was also amazing and made me feel like I had a balanced meal at the airport. Will definitely be back if I am in LAX for future flights!

Great experience at Engine Co. No. 28! Karen was an absolutely STELLAR server!!! She recommended an absolutely delicious fresh blackberry martinis and the new espresso martini with Cantera Negra tequila in it. The food was solid and the atmosphere was casual and not rushed during our long layover. Overall the experience was made amazing thanks to Karen and her tasty drinks!!

Karen is outstanding and truly one of a kind and an absolute asset to any company. The fresh blackberry martinis was mouth watering and being in the hospitality industry for 22 years, I can say that was the best I have ever had. Kudos and bravo. I will come back to see Karen Everytime I come to the airport.
