DIscovered this inconspicuous spot thanks to DineLA. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Appearance-wise, it's a Mexican dive bar which it used to exclusively be but the recently opened restaurant within the bar serves higher end Italian food.

Friends started with the Burrata Caprese and another friend and I had the Homemade Wagyu Meatballs. Delicious! Along with the toasted bread, we were already sold and looked forward to the other dishes. The Homemade Spinach Ravioli and Chicken Picatta were good. The Homemade Garganelli Pasta was overcooked and a touch bland but was otherwise quite nice. I had the White Sea Bass and was very pleased. The asparagus was perfectly charred and smokey. The baked cherry tomatoes were cooked just enough to burst but were somewhat cold. The fish was tender and lightly complimented by the other flavors. Oh, and the Panna Cotta had just the right texture.

It wasn't perfect but it's a 4.5 rounded up because I will definitely be coming back!

It was a nice dive bar and Italian restaurant combination, me and my two friends we all order the Dine LA set menu, appetizers we got spinach salad and truffle soup, both were super yummy, dinner I ordered the Squid Ink seafood pasta, tasty and healthy, my two friends ordered scallop risotto, they both enjoyed it very much, while we were about to finished our main course, the chef came out of the kitchen to greet us and thank you for coming, he also mentioned he lived in Italy for many years to learn how to cook delicious Italian food. It was a pleasant experience and the 3 course menu was super reasonable. We will definitely coming back here again. Please go check out this cute little neighborhood bar and restaurant.

DELICIOUS! This is our first time at this Bambino’s location (we love the one on Hooper) and we had a great time. The food was delicious, service was great, and I liked the music. Plenty of parking. I LOVED the caprese salad. So excited to come back. Thank you!

Love this place!! The pizza is amazing and so are the drinks. I think they have 1 of the best pizzas in the LA area. The live DJ’s are great so are the bartenders. 5 stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and easy free parking.

Very nice neighborhood dive bar turned Italian restaurant & bar. Good service and good authentic Italian food. Five star quality dishes. Currently opens at 11am daily. Found pasta to NY or Ribeye steak. Thin crust Pizzas, also available.
Parking is adjoining lot. Maybe tight if busy or trucks.

I live locally. I entered the restaurant and was asked to find a seat. There was only one server/bartender. We spoke Spanish, but he kept speaking to us in English despite his obvious accent. They charge $7 for a bottle of water, which I wasn’t aware of. They also added an automatic 20% gratuity fee to a party of two. Nowhere did it say that a charge would be automatically added. The meal bill was $60 and the grand total was $80 with the added fees. I would’ve disputed the automatic tip, but I went to the restroom while my boyfriend paid the bill. The food was fine, but if I ever eat there it will be to go.

Amazing homemade pasta and super friendly service. Upscale dining in an unpretentious bar/restaurant. The food was seriously so good.
