Used to love them, but they have become a terrible company, both customer service and recipes. Their cakes are now chalky and too sweet, and they ruined my sons birthday. Ordered a cake - they messed up the inscription misspelling my sons name. No apology the day I picked up the cake, only: Oh, no one is here to fix that, not much we can do". So when I contact them later, all I hear back from Erin is an offer of a $25 credit, and when I tell her l'm not intending to be back for their cakes ever again - well, you could give it to a friend, we don't do refunds. Really disappointed and will never be back and not recommending them to anyone ever. What a shame!

Erin McKenna’s has the best desserts and baked goods. The donuts, cookies, and cupcakes are delicious. The food is always presented nicely, served by a kind and knowledgable staff, in a cutely decorated shop. These treats are light and healthy, and the entire bakery doesn’t use gluten, animal products, most tree nuts or chemical dyes. This is a high quality allergen friendly location that I highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: All vegan, all gluten free, allergen friendly / safe!
Dietary restrictions: Vegan, GF
Parking: The best allergen friendly bakery ever.
Kid-friendliness: Family Friendly! I wish this was around when I was little.

I absolutely love this place!! It is the ONLY place that is dairy free, gluten free and egg free and I can eat here without a worry!! They never cause me any worries about my stomach. It is perfect for people like me with dietary issues and restrictions. You don't have to have dietary restrictions to eat here. My husband has no restrictions and always shares what I buy and has not complained about taste or texture or anything!! Try and you will be happy. I love the donuts, especially the maple but they are all so good!! I am trying the biscuits and gravy next time. For people like me, this place is nirvana!!!
Vegetarian options: It is super.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is dairy, gluten and egg free.
Kid-friendliness: I would love if I was a kid.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't notice. Call them.

$14 for the driest cake known to man, the size of a dollar bill. The frosting is as hard as stone, makes me wonder how long these cakes have been sitting out here for. Ts tasted like dogwater too which further enraged me.
I am the vegan critic - always preferring baked goods the old-fashioned way, while still wishing there were actual healthy & delicious bakery dessert options. Finally! Finally! We found the place! Beyond scrumptious & gluten-free! what?? The brownie bits were literally phenomenal! Chocolate chip cookies freaking awesome & the banana bread?! omg 💋 I will stop by any time I’m in the area now.

Cute vegan bakery conveniently located in the center of Larchmont! Everything was delicious but a little dry. The person behind the counter was super sweet and knowledgeable about all the options. They don't have a public restroom. There's barely any seating and this is more of a grab and go place.

The people here are so sweet and the place is super cute, so I bought a few items to try. The cake literally made me gag. Completely inedible. My husband, who is not picky at all, also could not eat it. I get that ingredients are limited, but you have to try harder to make something that tastes at least ok and isn’t as dense and heavy as a brick. 🧱

I went this evening to get a little after dinner treat. I’ve been before and had a good experience. Tonight I tried the tiramisu and it was awful. It seemed old and stale, crumbling apart with rock hard icing on top. I had tried it while still there and asked if there was any way I could get something else since it was not edible yet very expensive. I was told no.
The place is cute, but I won’t go back again after this experience.

50$ for FOUR pastries?!? Really? The cupcake was SO dense and the frosting tasted like I was biting into a rock, I’ve had better pastries after sitting in my fridge for a week. The cookie was decent, but for 12$ it should have knocked my socks off.

I’m going to try and be generous here. The cake was ok. I get there are limits for things that are both gluten free and vegan. This was a bday cake for my friend where I had simple instructions to write “happy birthday” and my friend’s name. I spent the $80 bucks because I figured it be more personalized than their cheaper/smaller grab and go cakes.
Yeah no. Not only did they completely ignore the instructions, when I picked it up and asked about it, the girl at the counter just didn’t care. She basically said, “that’s not my job and the cake decorator isn’t here.” No real apology, no care. Just “I’ll leave a note for my manager.” And that’s about it.
I gave her a short lecture on customer service and stated that while I was being pretty chill about it, others may not be so they needed to step it up.

Once I got over the excitement of a fully vegan bakery I have to say it's a bit hit or miss. I want to love it but I find the texture uneven and pastries depend. I do really like the tiramisu ... nice and moist. Very pricey too.
A beautiful selection of gluten free, vegan pastries! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. These are not good for gluten free baked goods, they’re just amazingly good!
Always a awesome experience when I go there which is 2-3 times a week. Erin is super cool and the staff are always friendly and full of conversation. The treat's are A1 and in a class of their own. The urge to visit this little vegan hide out more often is nearly uncontrollably. My favorite items that I have had so far is The Maple donut, crumb coffee cake, lemon tea cake, cinnamon roll and the chocolate chip cookie😋 SMH no lie to die for. Well enough of that but if you haven't had a chance to visit yet trust me, you don't want to waste time getting ur tongue on some of these vegan delights fr.

Don’t do it to yourself! Just don’t. And definitely don’t get the thing they call tres leches. What they sell tastes nothing like it. And I mean not even close. & at $15 for a slice. I could lick the sidewalk & it would taste closer to Tre’s leches than that. Workers are pleasant but the food… AWFUL!!!
