Even one star is too much for these people. This place is next to my office and I always try to avoid them because of their lousy service and attitude. I figured I give them another try today and of course they did not fail. It seems like all employees are trained to be rude, unfriendly and disrespectful at this place. So many other coffee shops to choose from and believe me their coffees are not worth the terrible service. Never going back .. Avoid them
Rude service and they don’t know how to make a cortado (way too much milk!)

The milk was rotten. I asked them to remake the coffee and they kicked me out of the store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Disgusting place.

Probably the best coffee in West LA
I’ve been going to this place for months and used to be unable to go to work with out it. They’ve hired a new barista who is so rude to customers I simply cannot justify going here any longer. She yells at people and makes rude comments- I’m confused on how this is customer service. I’m sad to say I won’t be going back

Rudest service ever. Basically made a mess of the order, then said ‘I really don’t have time for this today’ when I complained. No lines, no people around. Seems like making paying customers a drink is a massive ordeal.
I advise everyone to go to Alfred’s just round the corner. Great service and good coffee etc.
I see a lot of people on here have had a similar experience. Glad it’s not my business.

I went there through a recommendation from an acquaintance. I always get takeout, and the Iced vanilla latte was the best I've had in the US. It was good and not too sweet. I tried croissants sometimes and they were okay. The price is reasonable and not too expensive.

Best coffee in LA

Deceiving 4 star reviews this place had little to no pastries on a busy Saturday morning, no food menu to order and limited seating, we should have went somewhere else in the area not worth it.
Great option for a cup of joe. Plenty of options.

Used to really like this place, but the service has gone down a lot recently. I hope they can get their act together.

I love espresso vivace in Seattle, so it’s amazing to know there is a coffee shop with their beans here in LA!
Baristas are friendly & personable, and the shop itself is adorable. So cozy with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Highly recommend :)
