I came for a birthday party. I was greeted at the door. Proceeded to the bar. That's when it went all bad. Horrible service. It took the bartender foreverrrrr to acknowledge my cousin and I. 😔 When she finally came over everything that we asked for.. they did NOT have. 😔 It took her forever to come back and say that they DIDN'T have Chambord which we asked for. Once I finally settled on a drink selection, it was not served in the proper glass and it was served room temperature. I asked for it to be chilled. It was like pulling teeth to get a simple drink in this place. ANY bartender should know how to make and serve a gin and lime juice chilled, straight up. 🤷🏾♀️ My cousin settled for a champagne with a splash of pineapple juice. I It was not cold! WTH is really going on here?? I'm disappointed! Didn't want to order anything else. Plz do better!

Eastcoastwestcoastbosses (Black owned wine) had their first farmer's market at Eugene's bar and restaurant. They also introduced their brut champagne.
All I can say is outstanding wine / champagne presentation. The food at Eugene's (Black owned) is always delicious, hot and well seasoned.
Also, the manager, Ronae is amazing, her customer service and managerial skills are beyond reproach! She is a hard worker and leads by her exemplary high standards.
Eugene's is the go to place for food and entertainment! The DJ and main male bartender were exemplary as well👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The drinks were good and the place is chill only thing The food here is GROSS and the costumer service is awful!!! The wings were burnt from the outside and uncooked from the inside. The waitress (an older lady with short hair) seemed as if she was drunk and was very rude when we respectfully brought it to her attention, she tried to convince us the wings were cooked so we just told her it was fine. It's such a shame we came here to celebrate my friend's birthday, everything was good until we ordered food.
