Horrible over the phone experience
Person handling the phone line obviously does not like working or has any intention on giving potential buyers information on sizes and prices on products. Honestly sounds like a place I would not get a cake from with that much attitude over the phone over a simple hello

The person who takes the order does not do his job well and treats you as ignorant.
You are paying for something you want and they do it how you want, not how they say.
They should have more respect for their clients since they make their living.
And to the "owners" of that pastry shop, put efficient people who like to serve, not who are serving with a big Culp face...

Hello, I want to tell you about my bad experience with the owner of this bakery. Last Saturday, October 5, 2024, at around 2 p.m. I went for the first time to place an order for a cake for a birthday. Next Saturday, October 12, 2024, I placed the order and she told me that the cake I wanted to order was for the price of 120 dollars. I had no problem with the price. Once I placed the order, the cashier told me how much I was going to leave as a deposit. I told her I was going to leave it right away. I paid it. It was not a problem. I left my order. I paid in full. Unfortunately, the person who had a birthday last October 7th went to the emergency room where she had to undergo chemical surgery for a cancerous tumor that was discovered. Due to this situation, her birthday party was canceled, so I personally went to explain to the owner of the business what happened. I showed her photos of the surgery and the situation of what had happened. What please we need a refund for the order for what happened and the lady with a very bad attitude said that she was very sorry that she could not cancel the order and return the money that what she could do was give credit for when the party could be held, so it seemed very unfair to me and a lack of respect for the family regardless of the situation that we were going through at that time, so I do not recommend this bakery to anyone because of the poor service, the little love that she feels for her neighbors and because of the poor customer service.

It is one of the tastiest bakeries, on Saturday I bought a cake for a church sister's birthday.
I ordered a terramisu.
Apart from how beautiful they decorated it, and everyone in my church loved it, from the smallest of the children to the most adult.
They asked for more, and to take home, apart from the prices are good, the staff very pleasant and professional.
I will continue buying the cakes at this place.
I highly recommend it.
