Healthy food in da hood! Love it!! Don't sleep on this place. Friendly staff clean environment and a variety of healthy food and if you live in south central you don't have to drive a million miles to get there. Very nice prices as well. Highly recommended

Ordered through Uber eats. Quick and fairly priced. I was hesitant ay first cus I typically am not a fan of meal prepped food but the texture and flavor were really good! I love how the macros are placed for each item which makes it easy to stay on track. 10/10 will order again.

Nathan was EXTREMELY helpful to me. I created a subscription for a Sunday morning delivery and forgot I was going to be away. I stopped by the store, told him my dilemma and he kindly agreed to hold the order at the store for me to pick up in the afternoon. This also required him to cancel the Uber. He was the star of the show that day. Thanks again Nathan! Love your hair!! The shrimp and grits are amazing!!!!!

Love this location . Been coming here for years . It’s never really busy and they always have a lot of selection . The area is a little rough & parking can be scarce but I can count on variety and great customer service !
