Food is really mediocre and sadly overpriced even for that part of town. On top of all of that the servers were rude and were loudly discussing other patrons I don't think I will return here.

I've been going to this place since 1982 and the food has always been okay. It hasn't been great and it's never bad. Currently some of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. Other reviews have mentioned how the staff acts like they are doing the customer a favor to wait on them and that was my recent experience as well. The management needs to retrain the staff to serve the customers and be grateful they have customers. The Ashkenazi diet is largely over. Be grateful anyone walks through the door.

We had several amazing experiences at this place. We ended up going several times. Food was great as well as the wait staff and I got to talk to the owner for a long while Thursday as I asked her we could hang out a bit after lunch while waiting to go to the airport!! We were on an 8 day trip and are there FOUR times. The atmosphere is wonderful but the food is amazing.

I recently had brunch at Factors Famous Deli, and it was an outstanding experience! The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of charm, with a classic deli feel that made it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal. The pastries were absolutely delicious—fresh, perfectly baked, and full of flavor. The service was also attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
Best pastrami and rye. Great service. Great deli counter for take home and everything in the bakery is incredible and delicious ?
