The food is good, give them that……most of the time. The service and customer interaction however, fails, especially with pick up orders. Always rude, very short and consistently acting like they really don’t care. 3 strikes your out. Factors is not the only deli in town. And I’m pretty certain the owners and or management who reads this really won’t care less, this is more cathartic and sharing my experience.
If you are looking for the best Kosher foods freshly prepared every day, Factor's Famous Deli is the best.

Finally found the Best pastrami sandwich I've had on the west coast.
Pastrami was so tender and delicious better than many sandwiches I've had at Katz's deli.
Opted for hand cut as always
it passed the no mustard test easily. We had 3 types of mustard on the table and not one drop of it was necessary.
The potato salad was a winner.
Great friendly service .
