The staff was kind and helpful throughout my visit! Overwhelmed by the countless options, I asked the staff for a recomednation. They guided me to their signature Factory Milk Tea, and I was not disappointed! The boba from this location is also very yummy! It was rather quiet when I visited, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and chance to relax. I recommend this location and will be coming back!
Parking: Street parking is available, and plenty of spots were open when I visited around midday.
My first time in factory tea and for sure I’ll come back!! ?
Pleasant place to enjoy a good coffee...tea...or some dessert in New York! ?
Been here many times but this time is very disappointing. I have to say the employees are very nice and helpful, this time was no different although the person who helped me didn't know how to make the drink my friend and I requested. We asked for a Vietnamese coffee nothing else extra or special requests (pictured below) , it was undrinkable. Both drinks were horrible one was too rich one was too weak it was a complete waste of time and money we had to throw both drinks out.
Parking: Street parking only
Great service. We went in upon closing and the staff still helped us out with two drinks. The banana chocolate was amazing and the virgin sangaree tea with fresh fruits was just ? right!!! Love it.
New spot I discovered on social media/instagram... food was good and sour apple slushy is bomb ?
The boba here is BOMBBBBB!!!! So soft and chewy and perfect!! My husband loved the bbq popcorn chicken and the elote fries were awesome (don’t forget to squeeze the lime on top!). We got the nom nom tea and my hubby also loved that. Sorry about the bad pic, we ordered to go, but it was definitely very filling for two people. Can’t wait to come back!
Lovely chilled bar near USC! I love their popcorn chicken so much. Totally recommend getting both flavors. Tea is EXTREMELY BIG! Very yummy!! Absolute 5 stars
7$ for 4 egg rolls. You're kidding... what a joke. On top of that 1 missing drink and a half filled cup. Best 56$ I've ever spent. (Sarcasm. It's called sarcasm in case you didnt get it)
Definitely recommend!

I'm loyal to DT in Torrance, but Factory Tea Café offers some serious competition that could divide your heart. Last week, I trekked my way up to Pasadena (1+ hr.) to claim MTC's BERRIES YUKI (Japanese matcha, blended berries purée & organic milk, agar crystal pearl)... a concoction that's tasty as it is beautiful.I don't mind the long drive on my own, but someone saw a pic & wanted to get dibs on the action... so my 8 YO boba lover joined me on my hour-long journey. It was a wet weekend, from downpour to mild sprinkles, not too bad considering the distance & the rain. When I parked, the LO was bouncing with energy & ready for the hunt. Hmmm... maybe it's not a good idea to ply her with more sugar. LOL ;-)
Great customer service and very friendly! Highly recommended place and boba!
I love this place!! The Dirty nom nom is my favorite. We always buy the half gallon Thai milk tea or dirty nom nom from them that makes us 5-6 glass of milk tea. They also give you a lot of boba ? I wish they open a store in Inglewood or somewhere near me because going to DTLA is always traffic.
The drinks and service here are top notch! Highly recommend !!!
While I really enjoyed the drinks and the food I ordered it took about an hour to actually receive the order. Great place just long wait times even with ordering ahead for pickup.
